Don’t push the river — it flows by itself.

Services

Psychological Counseling

Life is full of variety, and sometimes we find ourselves in a place where our usual coping strategies no longer work and well-being feels out of reach. In such moments, seeking support can make all the difference. Together, we can find the way back to your inner sense of freedom. This is usually a medium- to long-term process of working together.

Career Counseling

Ikigai is the feeling of doing something that fulfills you, uses your strengths, is valued by others, and serves a greater purpose. In our work together, we’ll uncover your unique talents, navigate inner blocks, and bring clarity to hidden desires—especially in moments of career transition. This is usually a short-term process (up to 10 sessions).

Psychedelic Integration

When profound experiences shift our perspective on the world, it’s important to process them mindfully. I will help you integrate these experiences into your unique life story, making sense of them and building strong inner resources. This support is typically short-term (up to 10 sessions).

What can you expect during our sessions?

In our initial session, we’ll explore your reasons for seeking therapy and discuss your needs. Through dialogue, I’ll ask about your situation’s context, and together we’ll identify the key areas to focus on in our work.

The next 2–3 sessions serve as a trial period to see if our collaboration feels right and makes sense for you. During this time, we will also clarify the terms of our work together and decide on the frequency of the sessions.

After this initial phase and reflection, if we decide to continue, we will agree on a mutual contract.

About Me

In my work, I draw on the principles of Gestalt psychotherapy, which invites the client to gradually deepen their awareness of their own experience through mindful observation of the present moment. This approach allows the client to better understand not only the source of their pain, but also to access the innate wisdom we all carry within us. It offers a way of experiencing oneself on the level of body, mind, and emotions, providing valuable insight into the context of one’s situation and strengthening the connection to internal resources. A fundamental part of this process is the belief in the creative inner potential of every human being.

I have also been influenced by Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) because of its gentle, structured approach. It helps people explore and understand their emotional experiences in relationships—whether with a partner, family members, or themselves. EFT focuses on identifying and reshaping emotional patterns that may cause tension, disconnection, or conflicts. By deepening emotional awareness and creating a safe space for vulnerability, EFT helps build stronger bonds, develop self-compassion, and support healing through connection.

I place particular importance on awareness of the different levels of being. I see altered states of consciousness as opportunities for a deeper, fuller connection with oneself and the world. When properly integrated, these experiences can become a valuable source of self-transcendent understanding.

Work experience

During and after my studies in psychology, I worked in a corporate environment in the human resources department. I then spent several years working with individuals struggling with addiction—first at a resocialization center in the Záhorie region, and later at a specialized psychiatric clinic in Bratislava. I further expanded my experience by providing individual support to clients in outpatient clinical psychology and psychotherapy practices in Bratislava. After relocating to Switzerland, I now work online as a psychologist for a Dutch consulting company, while also maintaining my private practice with individual clients.
